On his recent state visit to Britain, George W Bush met the Queen at Buckingham Palace. He said to her, "As I am the President, I'm thinking
of changing the way my great country is referred to. I'm thinking maybe it should be a Kingdom." The Queen replied, 'I am very sorry,
Mr Bush, but in order to be a kingdom you have to have a king in charge, and you are not a king."
President Bush thought a while longer, and then said, Well, how about a principality then?" To which the Queen replied, "Well, again to be a
principality you need to be a prince, and you are not a prince."
The President thought long and hard before he said, "Well, how about an empire then?" The Queen, getting a little annoyed by now, replied,
"Sorry again Mr Bush, but to be an empire you need an emperor in charge, and you are not an emperor." Before Dubya could utter another word,
the Queen added, "If you ask me, I think you are doing quite nicely as a country."

woo hoo, it gotta laugh.

I'd expect a joke like that to come from a country run by a proper queen...France.....

To be honest, I'm guessing the queen isnt smart enough to know the difference between kingdom and empire etc etc..
