Seeings as we know everything on this site...

Does anyone know of any forums like this but for video/amateur film production etc?

I want to find a couple of people who are into it as a hobby and do a project with them.... Use their expertise and mine to make something unique

I dont have the gear/experience with high end video equipment that I am sure some people have!
