feel a bit for the guy, cos if he doesn;t get it he might feel embarressed - not that he should in the slightest. In my experience of being involved with the recruitment process its not always the best person who gets the job!

i have just got back from my interview with BP, it was 1 hour and 45 minutes! it was an absolute slogfest!
im feeling good though, answered all their questions with full & detailed responses.
won't hear until the end of next week though.
