Sellers never receive a email like the one below.


"We have concluded our investigation and have decided in your favour. Any Funds that may have been temporarily held have been returned to your account."

must be spam

That cant be right that never happens does it? Hope your going to print it of and frame it

macspeedy got all his dosh back and paypal gave him a special phone number to deal with the irish call center for such complaints. So it does happen. Watchdog mustbe getting to them

More likely the FSA are getting upset by the number of complaints.
