Can anyone recomend from first hand experience a set of headphones that actually stay in your ears when running and dont cost silly money?

I am fed up of loosing the spice girls half way though a sprint!

Buy the best shures you can afford generally works for me for in ear.

All depends what you consider silly money though

these will sort out the spice girls issue. £8.99 - cheaper versions available but you obviously want the best in this case.

I have these in my ear right now, best ones I've ever owned and I use them on the bike too, quite good at keeping out noise and don't leak music to the rest of the office superbly comfy and don't fall out.

got them from Tesco for about £9

Agree with the Shure recommendations. Bought a set about 6 years ago and only just had to replace them due to wearing them out. They've been all over the place, holidays on the beach, on the plane, at the gym etc. They're excellent at noise cancellation.
I've just bought a new pair, the SE110 from ebay for about £40 I think, and these are even better. Excellent response and I cant hear any outside noise with them in. They come with a bag of different buds to suit your specific ear, to fit them you squash them down like a pair of ear plugs and let them mold into your ear shape.

Just bought my second pair of these, they are excellent quality and again come with lots of different ear buds:

I also have the SE110 and the Senheiser ones as above, not sure either would last long with jogging... SE110 is fantastic though on buses/tube, sound is fantastic and isolation good much better than the senheiser..

There are a lot of fake senheiser ear buds out there with poor quality (they probably will not last long)...

See now that's just not nice! I've only used them once or twice too, and I could have saved myself a tenner!
Ah well, at least I got to use my 15% off voucher on ebay for them

Damn, I was hoping you wouldn't check the thread again

It wasn't aimed at you, it was for anyone who listened to your recommendation
