No suprise there as it snowed up at the caingorms this last weekend. A mate phoned to tell me it was coming down at nevis range and I thought it was a windup.........fook i hate the cold as i work outside. Serves me right for doing telecoms.

I heard it was snowing at Ellon at the weekend. I've shifted the time I get to work by an hour and half to avoid the frost in the morning as I'm using the motorbike and just got delivered this morning some nice winter tyres for it

16c down here in Sussex still walking around in tee shirts and shorts, just been a bit windy and wet lately.

down here it is short sleeves weatherm even yesterday.

end of sept was v. warm and start of oct is very mild; I remember when it was frosty in the mornigns in oct, not so so far.

iank - 7/10/09 at 10:04 AM

September and October up till the day before yesterday was really nice, sunny and mild once the morning chill had gone.

Yesterday it rained all day, 7.30 this morning 3 degreesC according to the car temp, frost warning light on and ice on the windows that had to be scraped off.
