whoever believes that is a right dime bar!
Think his spelling, punctuation and grammar isn't up to scratch - maybe £120.00?
And that was probably the cost of hiring a tow truck to move it to its final resting place!
Its a poo heap.
I raced one last night on the M25, and up the 414, and i was keeping up with him in a 2L Diesel espace (09 plate). He was driving like a complete
cock, and getting nowhere fast.
eeeeeeek, which mate did he get to place first bid?
That is one v.bad car. However potentially a rare downdraught fan version.
It might polish out.
i now where there is a 2 owner 1982 sc that has just ondergone a very detailed and skillfull rebuild (by said 2nd owner of 25 years). Makes this one
look very sick considering the 12K spend.
I should withdraw my bid then?
sent him a question see what crap i get back

If it comes with a v5 then it might be worth the current bid to someone a bit dodgy.
If he'd said it needs about £12k of panels then he'd probably be close.
Perhaps ask him where the Porsche engine went to & why it's a flat 4 fitted?

£12000 ??? and it looks like that ...... the thing is totally scrap - maybe it has huge sentimental value ?
Greed.
I'll bet he's also got a few Buy To Let shoeboxes as well, a snip at 350,000 quid each.
Quite a laugh really.

ignoring the fact that you are a driving god and the other driver cannot drive for love or toffee, is it fair to compare a sports car that is 40 years old to a modern saloon?
the 911 back then wasn't at the fore front of car performance nad you have the benefit of 40 years of technology.
I;ll bet a modern 1.3 l 16 V engine puts out as many horses as a 60s 911, not to mention better suspension, rigidity etc and just by not having 40 years of wear and tear.
