Top man. Sent 2 pairs of straighteners to him on a Monday (late pm at that). Recieved them back Thurs morn all sorted. Would have been quicker if post was more prompt (repaired by Tues pm).

Cant praise him enough and saved me a fortune not having to buy a new pair. Im very happy (and earned some brownie points with wife into the bargain!).

So was the avatar pic taken while they were away being repaired?

I repaired my wife's for a total of 69p for a new thermal cut off. Replacements are approx £130.
