Just got the call from BP saying that they want me to start on the 9th of November. Finally after another 2 weeks of waiting, mind you i better get cracking on the car! lol

Congrats, just wished it was me able to say that. Still redundant, things are not going terribly well....

Just applied for (yet) another job (that's no. 273 in 10 months), albeit temporary maternity cover, but anything....

I'm booked in for another PO session, so that'll help again (assumming strike action happens this week).

I'm probably too old for BA cabin crew, but you never know....

technician @ the place I used to work all day playing with cats. Technician is basically a step up from what I used to do there (better pay too!) I know the whole set up and what is required etc so that'll be to my advantage
