How sad that Tom Wheatcroft had to pass away , knowing his great circuit was in crisis because of self centered greedy ego maniacs and dreamers.

As said elsewhere, I hope those responsible get their hands in their pockets and put it right.

Sad news.
I met him a few times, always puts a smile on your face with his stories. And its a real shame he did not get to see F1 return to his track again. I just hope his family can kick the lease holders up the backside to get it back to its former glory.

If you want to read a good book then buy Tom's autobiography Thunder in the Park. A great read.
