I want to download a movie but it is not available from the uk itunes

I couldn't find away around this when i did it the other way round, I wanted an album that wasn't on US itunes

You need an account registered in that country - more specifically with a credit card that has a billing address for that country.

There are ways to add accounts without using a credit card, then you just need an address. Some have reported success in buying a gift card on the home account, and then using it on the foreign account.

Also, for music, try amazon's mp3 downloader service. Most stuff is cheaper than itunes.
