Ask him how much postage would be.

F**k me $70k, isn't that something like £30-40k?

If that's the case I think I might be applying for a visa!

Used to be i think, i think its more like 50-60k now, but still pretty cheap!!

Tell you what if I thought it was genuine and I had a house I'd seriously be considering selling. As it happens unless they're going to take £17...

It seems a little vague what you get. It looks like you are buying one of several 5 acre lots (plots) that surround the track....5 acres alone is not enough for a decent track (I know, I have 5 acres) so I can only assume it's shared.

Be careful and research properly...not saying there is anything wrong, but that price for 5 acres of desert is high.

smart51 - 17/1/10 at 02:55 PM

5 acres is not a lot of land. You might get a quarter of a mile of track on a 5 acre plot. Looks to me like you buy a 5 acre plot surrounding the track to build a house on and you have free access to the track as a plot owner.

So, if it's legit, he sells 19 plots for nearly $1.5m and builds you a racetrack in the middle?

Doesn't seem too bad a deal to me

Canada EH! - 17/1/10 at 03:26 PM

Track and ratle snakes, both free!

meany - 17/1/10 at 03:28 PM

Would you really want to live next to a racetrack that all the public have access to? I'm guessing not. Your own private track? Now that's different

meany - 17/1/10 at 04:37 PM

Just worked out where it is on google earth...not exactly going to get any passing traffic...lol.
