does any one have knowledge of REACH regs?

working on a project which I have been told may need REACH regs. Looked on line but seems complex and just need a simple summary if any one can oblige.

Our product is an aerosol lube imported in steel cans in quantities of circa 10k at a time.

any help appreciated.

My question too.

they are blaming Health and safty say it could cause asma atack's. not sure if it is the air or the dust it blows out of the printers.
