hi all, anyone in the oven cleaning business, my dads thinking of starting out, be gratefull for some advice.
cheers, anthony
don't run one, but had one round last week on the advice of my mum, who had them round the week before. worth every penny and would use again.
told the wife i did it, earned myself 2 late passes on the beer with the lads

out of interest how much does an oven cleaning service cost?
Just found a company:
£40 single oven
£50 double
£90 range
£20 Hob

my oven has a self clean mode, but we've not tried it yet
Think its just super hot.
Super hot is right; we have one and SWMBO leaves the house when it goes on leaving me in charge.
Oven heats to about 500 F, for about 3 hours, then the oven door stays locked for another 2 hours so you can't go in and burn yourself.
The byproduct is a white powder that is wiped out with a damp cloth.
Sister-in-law does mine;
90cm Hob + single fan oven for a cup of coffee.
She makes me one too while she's at it.
Fair play to her.

imho don't let him spend too much money on it as it doesn't seem much of a business...............
