Though I'm not an ecomentalist, I think its very petty to do that, and a waste of perfectly good time and money for the sake of upsetting someone
who isn't even going to know your even doing it.
Yes the lights out hour won't save the world, but its not going to do any harm. And if electricity consumption went down the price might go down
