I think I just nearly killed an old man!
eznfrank - 12/4/10 at 07:13 PM

I was in the garage earlier and popped back into the house for a few minutes, when I came back out there was an old bloke stood having a nosey round the car. The garage is on a private driveway so people don't just go past and I'd never seen him before.

He had his back to me so I watched for a bit then shouted pretty forcefully "can I help you" - he nearly jumped out of his skin!! Even more so when I stormed over (I'm a short arse skinhead who's as wide as I am tall)

Anyway, turns out he was my neighbours uncle, he used to build JBA Falcons and other kits for a living. He was asking me if it was a Busa engine, and knew it was Sierra running gear so knew alot mor ethan the average tyre kicker, really nice bloke - feel a bit bad now about making him sh1t his pants!!

i nearly killed an old man once, nearly ran him over. was doing about 5mph, looking out the side window, at some bloke giving me evils, turned to the front to see an old man with his hand on the bonnet leaping out the way.

I wonder if he's posting

"I was only looking at this car and some short arsed skinhead tried to frighten the sh1t out of me"

On some other forum

Seems a good thread
I nearly killed an old man last week! We were waiting for the red man to turn green when I spotted a gap in the traffic, I rode across the road on my bike and he followed in his invalid carriage thingy obviously thought the lights had changed. The car nearly stopped........spun hid carriage through 90 degrees. No injuries fortunately, but he should have looked where he was going

I feel left out. I want to nearly kill an old man!
Maybe I could offer a lift to one in the Striker and show him how cars have changed since the 50's when he use to drive 'with passion'!!

Does nearly being killed by an old man count, or is that a different thread?
