Guys,

I am looking to polish some scratches out of the LCD screen on the back of my pocket digital camera but im at a loss as to what i should use.

I think its plastic but is there any way i can check to see if it is glass or not?

Also i have some large welsh slate pieces that i want to polish from the dull natural finish to a more shiny finish, any ideas on products / tools i need?
