Anyone building in the Republic of Ireland? Now that would be a great weekend visit.

I'm up north, but I had a brief discussion with a guy about the NCT test that's done down south - he was intending to build a BEC and was worried about emmisions.
Paul_S is based in Dublin but I haven't seen him post for a while. I think.
