anyone had epdm rubber roofing done on a double garage? how much did it cost? guy over the road is getting his done on a single garage, i need mine done, and mine's a double, what should it cost?
don't want felt again. it leaks too easy due to the roof being exposed to wind etc

You could look into using Curon, it's a prepreg fibreglass that goes off in daylight, supposed to be very good for roofing.

I priced mine up and found it was cheaper to build a pitch and put roof tiles on!
