Howdie dudes, I was on night shift the other night and happened upon Annie Nightingales night on radio 1 while I was trucking along.

Now, being a metal man at heart I'm not going 'soft' like but there was some good dance stuff on. In particular there was an awesome techno dance track that really took me.

The whole show is available on the bbc iplayer BUT, I would like to download it, is that possible? I can't see any links there to do that...

LG,
Steve

maybe signing in /registering gives more options?
or maybe you can't because that would be like recording off the radio which is technically illegal i think?

You can download the programmes to your PC and play them offline: http://iplayerhelp.external.bbc.co.uk/help/where_to_get_iplayer/computers/

You usually have 7 days after original broadcast to access/download them. If you download them, you then have 30 days to watch them before they expire... unless you go and download this downloader which downloads in iPhone format i.e. slightly lower resolution but without time limit, so you can keep tem as long as you like

I had the ability to record "what u hear" off my soundcard... or it might have been roxio.. However it would just record whatever sounds were coming out of the speakers so just play it and record like on a tape

"replay media catcher" will catch iplayer radio
as a .flv file and convert to a more usable .mp3
