theres a modified 3 series in this months edition, used to be a 325, now it has a 3.8 litre ex M5 engine with a garett T72 turbo on it! over 800bhp apparently. now thats what i call a powerplant.

they used to have the 3.5 6pot one with the turbo off a 7litre volvo truck!

Alpina successfully used a turbo on the 3.5 litre M30 (same as mine)

I have a turbo in my garage.

Its waiting for a car to put it in, just like Hippy.....

I drove a BMW 2002 turbo once, a thoroughly evil car, put your foot down and nothing, still nothing, wait... suddenly its like having a 5 ton wrecking ball hit the back of the car. Just too unsafe to even try to drive it quickly, I didn't dare take a corner with any power on at all, not that I am a coward behind the wheel, but it wasn't my car, only on road test

I know where I can get a turbo....

Maybe even a supercharger...
