Has anyone been here? Is it really worth the money? The missus wants to go next week when we're down there but it seems expensive. Around £30+
each
If you like plants it is said to be a good day out, if you like cars send the Mrs in and stay in the car park
No no and no again perhaps the most boring pile of rip off Ive ever been in my entire life.
Cheers,
Bob

Look at their website, you may have a pleasant surprise.

Hmm. It's supposed to be £17.50 each but my brother went recently with his wife and got an annual pass for some reason. I was thinking we could use these but I don't know if they check them and it would be alright then if we get bored as it wouldn't have cost us.
Mel. £17.50 each is still too dear for my taste. I'm a tight Northerner you know. So tight I only breathe in
I've been twice - on the basis that if you sign their charity thing (for tax exemption I think) you get in free for a year. The tropical dome is very impressive, but overall it was a bit more commercial than I was expecting (fast food, gift shops etc). I was expecting dirty hippies!

It's a lovely site, tropical biome is quite impressive, unless you happen to be working up in the roof, in which case it's sweaty and
'orrible.
It is just a big garden at the end of the day, if plants (and the occasional gecko) aren't your thing it'll be dull.
the china clay museum up the road is massively more interesting..... both me and the mrs were underwhelmed by eden.
lost gardens of heligan are far better in my opinion
Not to far from Eden project

As a fan of both engineering AND plants I have to say I enjoyed The Eden Project....although the more interesting tropical dome is SERIOUSLY
UNCOMFORTABLY hot and humid towards the top unless you run about 20k a week!!
I'm guessing plants and gardens really aren't anything you're interested in BUT the Lost Heligan Gardens are cool as are several others
nearby........ but there are some gokart tracks near Newquay if you really must..........
its soooo hot and smells funky. but am not a plant lover as such
Better off going to the Meadery in Newquay dont know if its still going but for about the same money you can get off your face on mead and have some
decent snappin. In fact the snappin might be cr@p but your so shite faced on mead you might not notice.
Cheers,
Bob
When I bought my car it came with an eden project pencil in the glovebox, made from recycled coffee cups dontcha know!
So it looks like my car has been, but I have not. Maybe that's why my car cries at night.
