Happy birthday to you

richard thomas - 15/10/10 at 07:09 AM

Cheers all,

I've gained an Ipod touch as a gift...only it looks a bit too complicated for me...it's a sign!

I'll have to write things down from now on....

carpmart - 15/10/10 at 08:15 AM

40 was a bad birthday for me.

Here is why! I think that most people would see 80 as a good innings. On that basis, your now half way through your life. Look at it another way, assume your life is represented by a graph, up to your 40th, your climbing the graph, afterwards its all down hill. A scary thought for me when I reached 40.

Oh, BTW - happy birthday!

TimC - 15/10/10 at 08:45 AM

You're 40 today (15th) Rich?

Holy Smoke - exactly 9 years older than me - you must have had a long paper round!

I occassionally still get asked for I.D. and I am at the stage where that's a good thing...

Anyway, Happy Birthday to us.

Sincerely,

Tim (Baby Faced Assassin) C.

You're assuming a normal distribution - remember that you can make statistics show whatever you want....

Fcuk off, you're not 40

I know the valleys are steep, but you must have had a tough paper round

Jasper - 15/10/10 at 09:19 AM

Happy birthday mate, to be honest I've had more fun in the last 3 years being over 40 than any other time in my life, but I wish to god I had the same body I had when I was twenty as the fun hurts more these days

Peteff - 15/10/10 at 09:41 AM

I was 30 feet up a tree yesterday cutting big bits off with a bow saw and I ache everywhere today. I wish I was 40. Happy birthday.

Canada EH! - 15/10/10 at 02:37 PM

Me too! 68, wish I was 40 again, but then I would have to go to work every day, so 68 isn't too bad.

Triton - 15/10/10 at 02:48 PM

Wish I was 40...But alas I turned 45 on the 12th of this damn fine month

JoelP - 15/10/10 at 05:48 PM

i found 31 much worse than 30, as 30 is at least an occation. 31 is just slogging on.

daniel mason - 15/10/10 at 08:10 PM

im 29 so the big 30 next year! should be a good one.
