electric motor help needed

hi i have a machine thats 3 phase and it has a (160kW, 2 pole, Eff 1 motor 415v/3ph/50Hz) the board in my unit has a 125amp main breaker, could i use the fuse box to power it if i up the amps of one breaker. the machine has a control box with a soft start in it.
or would i need to have a new board from the mains incomer wired up to run it.

this is a copy and paste of one of the machine specs




ONE - Floor standing, mild steel Rittal type IP54 enclosure having control circuits to feed a 160kW. Motor.

The approximate overall dimensions would be 1000m.m. Wide x 2100m.m. High
x 600m.m. Deep. The enclosure would have adequate ventilation fans
rated in line with the ABB requirements.

The following items are included:-

1 - Main incoming 160kW. fused switch type ABB complete with door
interlocked padlockable handle and high speed fuses.

1 - 160kW. Triple pole main contactor with 110V coil.

1 - 380/110V Control transformer.

1 - Set of control circuit breakers.

1 - Thermistor relay.

1 - Set of interface relays.

Nope, not off your original board, it's gonna want 220 amps ish if it want 160KW main incomer

would that mean i will need te main power turning off to the building to put in a new board. i can see thi is goning to cost a bit of money. anyone wanna quote me on how much to sort it out.

Yeah in short.

For things of that loading I use boards like this:




that take breakers that look similar to this:






Or feed direct off our 1600A busbar.

You will need the incomer to the building removed to do it so yeah it will prob cost a bit. Sorry I can't even guess at a price as I'm not self employed/contracting.

thanks for your help, i have an idea now of what i need, ill get on the phone tomorrow and see what its going to cost to sort it out. i have 2 machine to test now and another 2 next month so i need to get it sorted.
