As the title says,has anyone used the Eurostar Direct Ski train - it runs from London & Ashford direct thro' to Bourg St Maurice in the Alps? If so what did you think of the service overall, how "hardcore" is it & do the seats in the Standard carriages recline - I have conflicting information from different websites so would like an opinion from someone who's used it.

They've stopped the "Snowtrain" which was a brilliant way of getting there, so looking for an alternative!

I've not used it but there's a few on here who have/do. I think you have to book as soon as the seats come available to get the best prices from what I've read.
