
I have used Play.com on and off for years now. But just recently they seem to be struggling to keep up the excellent service they used to provide. A
few people I know seem to be having customer service issues with them regarding faulty/broken goods.
In our case my son ordered a mug from them which turned up late,badly packaged and broken. Eventually after a lengthy and probably expensive phone
call to their customer services in the Phillipines we managed to persuade them to send another. Guess what? It turns up in a Jiffy bag in bits.
Another call to the Phillipines and the idiot on the other end virtually accuses us of taking the p*ss.
So be careful if you order from them, I have now seen loads of rants on the web of a similar nature.
Anyone else had issues with them?

Never had any problems, always packed well.
Is this something you bought from Play, or was it bought from someone selling on Play? There is a difference. I only ever use Play themselves.
The last time we bought from them it seemed to take an age to arrive.
They've been struck off out trusted list now.
Yeah, Really slow delivery........
i went off play.com because of all the bad press and now use zavvi and amazon, never had a bad experience from either of them!
