long story short..

I bought some diffs of ebay back in August

and am still waiting for delivery.

I was in contact with the seller and kept getting excusses.

he finally said he had sorted a courier and i needed to close dispute so he could get delivery address

like an idiot i did.. he told me courier picked them up, but returned them too him as one was leaking....

that was early november, no contact since.

any ideas..

i know the name of the paypal holder and they live in leeds...

Restart the dispute - claiming your money back from paypal. Ebay wont give you his address

I had a prob with a transaction recently Ebay gave me the guys address down to the post code but not street number, also any contact phone number registered ,I was lucky the guy was legit and had a home number registered.
