My garage has about 24ins of snow on it and the steel roof spares are trying to bend [ pre-cast concrete ] with asbestos roof
I have had to prop it up with some wood i have
Cleared the snow off mine yesterday as was worried about the weight of it.

Come on Graham get yourself up a ladder with the sweeping brush and push it off!!
A mate is renovating a classic on the drive under one of those cheappo Argos gazebo thingies.
He was inside it today pushing upwards with a broom to clear the snow when the legs cried
enough and the whole thing collapsed around him.
The car's OK but the legs have had it!
PML.

A couple of years ago I fell through my asbestos corrugated roof.
I live in a bungalow and wanted to take an arial picture of the car, fell through the roof, dislocated my shoulder,
worst pain in my life and I swore a bit
I replaced the broken sheet with a clear plastic corrugated sheet which is great for letting sunlight through
but is completely bowing under the snow. I have to keep scooping the snow off (from the safety of a ladder)
Think i will have to put a couple of more struts across it.....
