Sold a £300 item on ebay, buyer got it and was happy, posted "Thanks, exactly what I wanted!" but accidentally pressed "Negative feedback" instead of Positive, and has just asked me how they can change it/remove it - Anybody here know?

Never had negative feedback on ebay so keen to get this resolved quickly.

Contact Ebay and they will reverse it for you. I did it once to someone by mistake too and felt awful about it!

go to the site map at the botom of the ebay screen and then goto Request Feedback Revision and follow from there should sort it
