A few years ago there was an email going round that contained a word document. The document was an application for lads to go away on holiday without their misses and you had to sign it saying that you would behave and not drink to much (as if we would).

Very funny to read but I need a copy for a friend how is having to beg for permission from his misses to go on a lads holiday to Praque (40p a pint)

do anyone have a link or a copy of this form?

it may sound desperate, and kind of like it was for me but it really was for a friend.

He has been trying to get the guts to as his wife for permission but has failed for the last two nights, now he has the form he has no excuses and the flights can be booked, bring on the beer!
