ideas for a 30th present for a close friend.

hi all.

I have now learnt that if you need some inspiration then ask LCB!

One of my closest friends and fellow petrol head has his 30th birthday coming. I would like to do something that he would enjoy, remember and cherish.
He is a massive ford follower so i was thinking of getting him a rally experience at brands hatch. They are local and also still use escorts i think. Other than that maybe a beginners bike day. But he has no bike or never ridden one!

Any thoughts or good 30th gifts you have seen for a petrol head and ford fan?

Thanks for your advice and positive comments as always.

Track day seems a good idea, get it videod then he has it , if you were a real mate you would buy him a MK1 Escort

Petrolhead?
Right, let him use your car for a trackday, maybe shared. A lot more driving than a rally experience (I reckon I got about 30 mins driving over a day with one of those )
Or for a competitive day 7oaks MC run an autosolo in July. Massive fun............

Thanks for the comments and ideas. I already rib him for being old and liking rusty old cars!!

I'll check out the links when I get home nthe stunt day and jeffw rally school ideas seem very good.

I will be doing a few track days this year and he will have a few shares so that's separate from his bday. Plus I want a go in his RWD saff!!
