Hi guys I'm trying to get in touch with silky16v and would appreciate some assistance if anyone can help.
Back at the beginning of January I responded to his advertisement for some springs
Clicky, the springs weren't really what I was after but were closer than I
had and reasonably priced so I worth a try.
I paid him via paypal on the 8th of January (foolishly as a gift)
There was plenty of correspondence early on, he even contacted me and offered to drop them when he was in the area but unfortunately I wasn't so
it never happened. At the end of Jan I still hadn't received them so chased them again, he apologised said they were wrapped but hadn't had
chance to get to the PO and promised to send them ASAP.
Another two weeks and I chased them again, again loads of apologies, he "managed to track them down, sat in mailing office at work" would be
sent straight away.
Anyway I've still not received them, I've sent him texts, U2U's, emails and left answerphone messages but he's not responding.
The good natured side of me says he's out of the country, on holiday..... The realist says he's done a bunk with my cash!
If anyone knows his where about or has contact with him I'd be grateful of some help. It may only be £26 but it's was my £26 and it's
going to make my front springs £26 more expensive!
P.s. if anyone has any 1.9" 375lb springs for sale I'd be interested.
Thanks
Andy

I've got a mobile number for him on file but it would have to be a last resort.
Cheers, Chris
Thanks Chris, I have a mobile to which I have sent and received texts. I'll U2U the number I have, see if its the same.
I've always given him at least 2 weeks before chasing him so it's not as if I'm been unreasonable but it's been over 8 weeks since
I paid for them.
As he has refused to reply to my texts, emails and U2U's recently I've tried calling him but I always go through to his answer machine (he
has my no so this may be why)
I've done some more investigation and he's busy elsewhere on the net so there is definitely something a miss.
To be honest Chris I'm really disappointed, I've done loads of business (several thousands of pounds) with members on here, the Westfield
forum and other forums and never had a problem.
I don't want to give him a bad name and will quite happily post up if it turns out to be a simple mistake / it gets sorted but unless he contacts
me how am I supposed to know?

online now too his email is mattconnor@madasafish.com
He is well known from forums ive known him on. His username stems back to a Silk Violet coloured Nova he had many years ago. He did stitch one member
when he sold some carbs, even refunding the chap with a cheque that bounced. It went on for ages was eventually resolved after the intervention of a
member of the admin staff of the site who knew him.
In fact when I first saw one of his posts here I took the mickey and he chose to ignore!
