Screwfix used to sell a uPVC cleaner --- worked fine.

Soper plastics just off Cleveland Street behind Spiders nightclub sell proper UPVC solvent cleaner. Rich Soper that runs it has a nice ZX10 powered Mac1

the solvent cleaner is good but does dull the surface so idealy needs a polish afterwards otherwise it attracts dirt and becomes grubby quickly.

Know this after working with PVCU for 13 years ps dont put the solvent on to door panels its too strong and metlts the surface

The stuff I used was I think based on tangerine oil it was a bit like STP "Son of a gun" vinyl upholstery restorer --- quite oily and not aggressive.

I used this as it doesn't damage anything and cleans very well, got them at B&Q
