Hi everyone, Im new here so I thought Id better intoduce myself.

My name is Chris, I'm 25 and I live in Hayes, near Heathrow. I thought Id better sign up because I regularly end up using this site for information and it seemed a bit silly to not be a member.

Im a long time Peugeot 306 fan but last autumn I decided I was going to have a kit car as well but It had to be cheap, I also couldnt be bothered with the hassle of the IVA so it had to be something already road registered.

I ended up with a 1984 Dutton Phaeton S3 with no engine for a couple hundred off ebay. Im in the process of fitting it with a Zetec engine, type 9 box and Honda blackbird throttle bodies.

Anyway heres some pics

My Previous 306 (2.0 HDI diesel, hand built engine, hybrid turbo, water methanol injection, previous dyno at 165bhp but was estimated at 180bhp with the bigger turbo theyer only 90bhp standard)

I nearly bought a dutton many years ago but ended up with an xr2 instead.

Cheers for the warm welcome guys, Ill post a project thread up here once ive got it home and done some proper work on it.
Its currently in my mates workshop waiting for him to make me some brake pipes. (I dont trust myself with brakes)
