what to do in north Devon on a Tuesday?

I'm taking my daughter back to north Devon today and coming back Wednesday, so got a day to pass, is there any recommendations on things to do or places to go?

Barnstable/Bideford area's.

not necessarilly looking for wow factor, just anything motoring, fast, military sort of thing

Thanks for all the offers and ideas ended up going to the collection above, may not be the most organised but loads of stuff to look at, then headed to beach and squires fish and chip shop for tea. All in all a good day, just a long drive back to Norfolk tomorrow to look forward too
