There is a place called bluestone in pembrokshire. Not been there myself, but a few people the wife know have been and liked it.
You need to find someone that works at centre parcs, my mum does and we get really cheap breaks!

We went toall the centre Parcs in Uk when kids were small now use the local one - Penrith for odd short break. We went by car to Efteling in Holland -
the original theme park-quite a while ago now but it was great for small kids - lots of fairytale and nursery rhyme/ folk tales stuff and a few less
of the daft Disney characters, accomodation in Tilburg was pretty good, also took in Amsterdam on the way which made quite an impression on everyone
