when they say they're rated at, for example, 150kg per castor, does that nean a trolley using 4 of them can hold 600kg, and if i made 4 wheel dollies, to put the car on in the garage to move it about easier, the 4 dollies, with 4 castors each, are good for 1200kg? is it that easy?

oh yeah, 2400kg
the racing trucks are ballasted to about 900kg i think. so assuming mine is about 900kg without ballast, 150kg each castors are well over what i need.
something about 65kg each, with a big diameter wheel should be good then?
ideally the car should be drivable soon anyway (i said that on here in 2007) , so might not come to anything lol
just buy the wheel dollies new you can get them for £50 a set.
cant see you saving anything getting the bits and making your own..

Blake, I'm about to make a set of dollies to move the car around and I thought Axminster were the cheapest for castors but you have obviously
found better. Could you U2U me with details please so that I can get a set.
Many thanks
John
