Please send your thoughts, prayers, positivity - or anything else you do - Ali was rushed to hospital last night with a heart attack - I had to start CPR - crazy 24hrs and more to follow - they are taking him off sedation tomorrow - so please fingers crossed and toes too.

Thanks everyone - he usually spends several hours a day on here - he is making progress and been moved from Intensive Therapy Unit to Coronary Care Unit - he is breathing for himself now and can now recognise us, has said little yet - for a man who never shuts up that's a worry!!

So the kit-car rebuild is on temporary hold, got him a new flying jacket for his birthday!!

Ali will have to get better soon as those jackets take a lot of wear and tear and last for ages.

Don't worry about how quite he is at the moment as I am sure you will be thinking soon "that didn't last long"

Ali is starting to talk and laugh - hurrah - still somewhat confused - but lots of progress, lots of pain from CPR and jump starting!! Very grateful to the people who helped him.

Not up to opening his EVO yet!!
