Other half had the norororovirus over xmas, that wasn't fun. Touch wood my version of it was the half hour of sneezing and that'll be it!
So many friends were poorly though, pretty much the whole office were off at some point over Christmas, and not because it was a bank holiday!
It does seem to hang around a fair bit though, a week or more seems pretty realistic.
luckily i get the flu jab every year as part of my treatment for a medical condition but you have my sympathy, in case none is forthcoming from your
better halves, show her this instuctional video :-)

Me - had it since mid Dec and its now developed into bronchitis.
I'm on a beta interferon 1A jabs for another little issue - which basically means I have to inject the flu every other day - this is making me
feel pretty crap too.
Still, it's keeping my immune system busy.
Hopefully it will be gone by the end of the month.

Me. Deep into week two of sore throat and waking myself coughing up gloopy
green stuff.
Just back to work after a week off with it, my wife and I had it at the same times so at least we had each other for company!
Mind you - still coughing ......
Nope, but I do have a dose of the shits. I could do with a cuddle if anyone fancies coming round? x
