How to save 1590kilos.----------------don't buy one.
Looks like the designers went on holiday and left the office cleaners to design it.

far too many people bitch about the 3 series before they drive one. Im not talking the lower powered crappy ones - which mine could be considered -
but 9 secs aint bad.
At a previous company most of the bosses had beemers as did my total a$$hole boss at current company, till he got fired.
once I overcame my predudice - based on personality types percieved to own beemers - ive not regretted it.
althou a 1500 kilo 318 with 118hp isnt to be recommended......

I must be one of the few people around who applaud BMW for a job well done. The current range is different from the mainstream and certainly cannot be
described as ugly.
Ive had several older 3 series in the past and everyone has been great. If the new ones take this further the cars must be fantastic. It was my last
beemer that led me to building a kit. The M3 was fanbloodytastic. Family commitments forced semi reluctant sale but quest for similar performance at
much lower cost made the kit route sound ever so tempting. I have to congratulate BMW for a job well done and thank them for the inspiration. (would
love to get an S14 engine for my Mac#1 ZR but still too pricey).
Darren.
That is IMO.
