you should have mailed the guy you downloaded it from, hell have the codes
other things you can try are:
searching for an autocad 'keygen', this is a little program which you just press a button and it generates a cd key for you.
secondly there are websites that store a list of software serial no's. search for 'warez' sites or 'serialz'
there are other ways but those are the two that come to mind at the mo. i used to do this when i was younger, a few years ago now.most cracks and
codes you will find are for the games market, there arent many for utilities.
it is illegal to do any of the above tho.

in addition to the cad programm you might want some files like T9 escy steeringrack and so on. These are out there, nice to check clearences once you start moving bit around in the chasis.
I got one for 2002 from astalavista, not that I condone the theft of software that costs £4000 to buy and licence. It wasn't for me anyway

go to http://www.serialz.to/ and download serials 2000 and the updates. Install the program and run update and point it to the update files. You
should then have a nice up to date listing of over 40K serial numbers for every program under the sun! Enjoy!
guys u gotta watch out when u use those pirate copys of autocad. being a draftman i find that the dimentioning of ur work will go all funny and the only way is to start again sometime it can be so stuffed up. it can also play funny ticks with ur plotter. Some of us more parnoid people scam a copy of drafting offices and use there cd code, we thing Autodesk release fuked up pirate copys just to play around wif people lol
the pirate copies sometimes screw with your windows software (office stuff). Just had a good demo of an other autodesk product inventor 6 that is far beter suited to figure out ssuspension components, fully 3d. differend parts being linked and moving in relation to each other. As in turning the steering wheel and as a result moving the front tires. yes please to anyone who has a spare copy and wants to send it.
well here weve just gone into 3d. moving away from autocad.
we had the choice of inventor or solid edge, we went solid edge cause its much simpler to use, dont you find it tricky to set the dimensions as you
draw.... in inventor you have to do it after you draw the part. not as easy... solid edge does all the same functions but its on version 12 as well so
its more advanced. having said that autodesk is doing its best to catch up.
Pro E's the way to go.

so not up to date with programs like inventor solid edge and pro E. the hugh difference between acad and the inventor i shuge that 's all. I'm not
working or using with the either of them just the plain old acad in 2d at work

What are you running on your pc at the moment conrod? I might be able to help with pro E, but for some reason it doesn't work on xp. 98 and NT are ok. not the easiest to understand at first but good.
Problem is Dunc,i cant draw a straight line with a pencil and ruler,ive designed my new chassis using PAINT (dont laugh) and im well pleased how it
turned out.
i cant do circles or shapes so when it gets to the dodgy bits round the suspension,body design i come to a halt.
im a computer duffer so something simple(very simple) to help me finnish the design on paper without resorting to cutting metal to make mistakes would

I design my chassis on Pro E before cutting anything, but I've been on 3 weeks worth of training and many years at uni. The benefits are you can
model the complete chassis, analyse all the moving parts for interference, calculate weight and c'of g, even workout if you'll have problems getting
at any bolts. (it actually took less time than it sounds)
What parts are you actually trying to do conrod? I seem to remember your doing mid engined with fiesta uprights.
i am using escort mk 3/4 oily bits,suspension,steering in fact as many bits off the same car as poss,its only the rear where power train and driveshafts,suspension meet that will be trial n error,the rest is pretty well sorted.
I just downloaded Pro/Engineer's little cousin Pro/Desktop Express - it's a free & slightly cut down version of Pro/Desktop. As I don't understand the
features they left out I don't think that I'll miss them. It's got a email-for-registration thing, so no instant gratification (takes an hour or so),
comes with complete help files & tutorials and saves us from the 'extended trial' versions of AutoCAD (and the millions of pr0n popups that come with

I tried it too. Let me know how you get on. If we can get it free (which we have) then it should be good for sharing files. I have Mechanical desktop,
so don't need to use Pro/desktop all the time, but I am interested in developing some kind of standard fromat for sharing, so this sounds ideal.
I thought I would have a look at it too, but there's no way I'm going to be able to download 32Mb in the 2hour window that Freeserve allows me before
auto disconnect. Hopefully broadband will be available in my area soon
