Talking to the telly
zilspeed - 12/12/04 at 12:07 PM

I've started talking to the telly when nobody is in - it's very sad.

As we speak SWMBO and our 3 year old are out doing Christmas shopping.

Turned on Channel 133 on Sky - looking for a bit of spannerage action while waiting on the dead battery on the locost to charge up.

Anyway there was Kirsty Alsop gving it the old Location Location Location nonsense and I started screaming at the telly.

" Naw - Gie's Motors !! ".

You really need to speak or at least understand west central Scotland patois to get the full effect here.

OK - I'll translate.
" No thank you Ms Alsop - may we have some automotive based entertainment if you don't mind".

Do I need to
a) See a Doctor ?

OR

B) get out more ?

How long has this problem been going on?

I think that if it repeats itself again you should visit your nearest mental health doctor

Not long.......

About 9 years now

I think the answer is:

C). Get one of those jump start power packs so you don't have to wait for the battery to charge up!
