The schoolchildren who appeared on PINK FLOYD's 1979 anthem ANOTHER BRICK IN THE WALL are suing to claim back royalties they fear they haven't been paid.
The now grown-up kids from Islington Green School in London recorded vocals for a verse of the famous track.
The single became a smash hit in Britain and America, and the adults who were children when they sang, "We don't need no education," insist they do need payment.
Music teacher ALAN RENSHAW was paid just $1,890 (GBP1,000) as a donation to the school, but the individuals who sang on the track claim they were never paid.
A music industry lawyer representing the 23 grown-up kids claim his clients are owed upwards of $378 (GBP200) each.
