We've started using OnePage CRM online software at work. It's proving useful and has already paid off with information available to all in
other peoples absence.
My question is that you seem to be able to "star" a contact - what does this do and what are the benefits?

guessing it moves them in to the "Favourites",....
they would then be higher in the drop downs, and perhaps even a default,..
We have Salesforce, the normal rule applies, GIGO,... 
Sounds reasonable. I'll try starring a few contacts and see what it does with them.
GIGO isn't that true! We've already corrected a few people on their interaction with our CRM.
