Way O/T question, as per the title, if you've lived around there, live fairly near or have any general info re the area

I'm looking at a possible property investment there & it's about 350 miles away so not gonna be popping up there too frequently!

Just wanted a general feel for the area, looks reasonable on Street View, specifically the area around Owen St., Church Lane, Derwent Rd. near the Siciliano restaurant

Info gathering b4 wasting my time on a lengthy journey!
