Now I need to sort the pedals and brake plumbing and I can take it for a spin.

I would put some wheels on as well, unless you are starting a new form of DRAG racing lol

Congratulations, have you taken the smile of your face yet

All the suspension is finished but I took it off for easier access while I'm working on other things.

Nope, the smile is still there. I work from home and it's soooo tempting to go out and just rev it up

Well done mate- good feeling isn't it!

Nice looking exhaust where did you get it from and how much?

Cheers,

James

Great feeling yes. Cheers.

The stainless exhaust came from MK Sportscars and set me back £350. A bargain I'd say as a stainless back box for my MGF is over £300!

Is that a polo rad mounted upside down ?
Has it given you a better pipe layout ?

Well spotted

Not sure if it's better or not to be honest. When I did it I thought it would make it easy for the bottom hose but I'd forgotten about the rack being in the way so I've had to put an upside down U over the rack. It does give an easy way to drain the system though!

I'll post some pics when my camera batteries are charged.
