I concure, used them myself a few times and regularly parcels went days without pickup and down right lies were told, ie driver called to collect 3 times. Its an office and i am here all day dimwits!!!! Wouldnt trust them to deliver newspapers. and as you say trying to talk with anyone with a brain cell count above 20 is a challenge!!! and to top it all the cheeky b***ars sent me an email today saying they wonder if i have moved to another planet as they havent heard from me in a while!!!!

I had a problem with me as they quoted a price for an item I sold on eBay, then when I tried to book it they said it was too big for them to carry, despite having given dimensions to get the quote.

In fairness to them, after some arguement they did agree to give me compensation in the form of a massively reduced delivery which did go well when I used it.

I have used Postvan a few times and always been very happy with the service.

Ive sent stacks of stuff by parcel2go and only had one dropped pickup. They were excused as Scotland was closed for the day due to a little slush puppy laying on the roads.

What I have found is they get a little confused when you send it from a business address. This is because parcel2go is a division of dhl that is set up to pick up from domestic addresses. Before it was nearly impossible to get these companies to pickup from domestic premises. The stuck to business address pickups with accounts only. Even parcelfarce had their moments.

Delivery no probs but pickups were said to be a no no......reason a domestic address does not have pallet trucks or common handleing equipment found in warehouses.
Lame excuse.......now they see $$$$$$$ and cause Ebay hooked up with them they are doing it. Hence the 25 kg max weight 4CFt limits per parcel.

The f****p fairy does visit from time2time and thats life I guess.
They have one fault they use three numbers to id your parcel and the P2G number is not the tracker one.....its the yellow sheet number that does that.

ps they pulled us out of the doggy do dos with marks windscreen after parcelslime dropped the pickup.

have just had a dropped pickup ggggggrrrr
which in fairness they have picked up a day later
