I have signed, we can't let some stuck donkey who has maybe just moved knowing there is a track close by then pop up saying it's too noisy.

Try living within a a mile of the M1 when the wind is blowing the wrong way.......I vote they shut it when wind blows my way....and you can all drive miles out of your way so i get a good nights sleep.....not happening though is it.....i live with it

Sadly the number of tight tricky circuits where driver skill matters more than brute power are getting fewer and fewer.

I used to live next to a main road with all night traffic. You know these things are there when you move in and you accept them. It's like moving to the country and complaining about the smell or the cows. On the subject of the donkeys, we could hear some quite loudly the other day and we decided to take a walk to fine the source of the noise. They were two and a half miles away.

Was well p*ssed off that I had to miss first meeting, had some bloody 72 hour stomach virus - ass like a burnt out catherine wheel, lost half a stone though - hell of a diet !

When the wind blows in the wrong direction the M1 sounds like it's in my back garden!

But it would be a crying shame to see Castle Coombe disappear.
