Jesus my local area made the news....miracle!

Anyway it is rather sad that people like that can get away with stuff. I know most people wouldnt.

If anyone has driven that stretch of road they would know its not too bad and is regularly patrolled by the speed cops. Its dual carriage way and is straight with slight bends so you can see a good way. Average speeds down there are probably about 80mph.... I went out for a ride in an Elise down there last summer (wasnt speeding officer...ahem)

he ended up with 12 points - surely this is a ban anyway?

i 'got off' doing 105mph with 6 points and no ban, but ended up doing a full retest as i'd had the license less than 2 years at the time...

I was captured doing 113.4 mph on the M6 nearly 4 years ago...

I was banned for 21 days and 300 fine

gutted.....thought I was doing 120...

I was in a 406 diesel

I have slowed down now...and just bought a snooper

doesn't detect the ones watching on downside of sliproads though - until its too late

3 Lords and 2 judges eh!

Nobody admitting to being an MP then.

Get him band (along with all other MP's), and bar them from having chauffeur. Just imagine how many seconds (not many) it wold take to sort out public transport if they had to use it.
