Hi all

I reported a seller to ebay fraud dept because i never recieved a ps2 game and he had cashed my cheque

I've just recieved an email asking for my bank details to recieve my refund, but its from ebay europe and the want me to either fax or send them to an address in Germany

Does this sound ok? I'm sure ebay has my bank details allready

I have a feeling ebay send you messages on ebay itself as well as emails. So worth checking on there.

Doesnt sound right to me, but then i dont use ebay much and have never had to report anyone....

This any help:

I should refer this to ebay fraud dept as well. Messages from ebay now go to your ebay messages folder in the my ebay section.

Might as well send em your house keys and tell them when you're out as well!
Sounds very suspect to me.
They would never ask for your bank details via email.

When I had to claim the emails came from 'eBay Germany Customer Support' and the address to send the info to was:

eBay Fraud Protection Programme
eBay International AG
Attn: Claims Administration Dept.
Marktplatz 1
14532 Europarc Dreilinden
Germany

I did eventually recieve my claim money minus thier £15 claim charge.

All the best & good luck, Steve
